This is a vintage 70's era Gibson SG. Has some non-original parts but plays comfortably. The neck was also professionally repaired.
I believe this guitar is from 1972. I checked the pot codes on the inside of the back cavity of the guitar and the one number is "1377257" which according to guitardaterproject.org/potcodereader.aspx says:
